Awesome!! Great Job. I just found out about this bill this morning. H.R. 450. We must get this passed. It is up on my blog under "Tracking the U.S. Congress" so we can stay up to date on it.

Sorry obviously H.R. 450 is the house version, where I thought bills had to originate. This one is S.1319 to pretty much do the same thing. Beware though a lot of progressive republicans have signed onto this bill in hopes of being re-elected.
